TRACEY NIXON


BIOGRAPHY

Chief Compliance Officer
 

Tracey joined Nobis in 2019 as Chief Compliance Officer and oversees the company’s Compliance, Quality, Privacy and Audit Programs. She has more than 30 years of experience in post-acute care, most of which are specific to Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals. Her prior positions included IRF CEO, Regional Operations Coordinator, and National Director of Clinical Operations of more than 100 IRFs with the former HealthSouth. 

Her IRF specific experience includes project management, licensure, Medicare certification/accreditation, development of policy and procedures, documentation system, hospital bylaws and compliance/quality plans. 

Prior to joining Nobis, Tracey founded ROC Healthcare Advisors, a post-acute consulting firm that focused on start-up program compliance, quality assurance and survey readiness, and facility licensure and accreditation. 

Tracey holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from Texas Christian University. She is a past AMRPA Board Member and Certified in Healthcare Compliance.
