ABOUT NOBIS

MEET CHESTER CROUCH, FOUNDER & CEO

 OUR STORY

The Nobis story begins with Founder and CEO, Chester Crouch, an industry leader with a proven track record of successfully building, acquiring and operating inpatient rehabilitation hospitals for the past 20 years.

Given the numerous advances in medical technology continuing to expand life expectancy and the increasing number of aging baby-boomers in need of rehabilitation, Chester foresaw an enormous need for additional inpatient rehabilitation services and beds to meet these challenges.

Beginning in 2018, Chester surveyed the healthcare dynamics, market by market across the country, performing bed need analysis and meeting with various experts in healthcare real estate and development.

The experts agreed that the need was clearly indicated.  The goal of building and streamlining efficient rehabilitation hospitals to meet that need became the vision of Chester’s newly established company, Nobis Rehabilitation Partners.

To achieve his vision, Chester partnered with investors and developers to begin the process of developing and building state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation hospitals in the communities where the need was deemed greatest.

By the end of 2019, Chester had hired his initial team of five professionals who shared his vision. It didn’t take long for the team to quickly determine that the number of new hospitals would soon expand beyond the initial projections.

Today, Nobis Rehabilitation Partners continues to assess the critical need for quality rehabilitation hospitals and programs, and work with their partners and investors to meet that need.

Dedicated to caring for patients who have experienced life changing disease and/or injury, Nobis Rehab will operate hospitals who will employ exceptional caregivers and therapists to return these patients to the highest quality of life and independence.
