BIOGRAPHY

Rob brings over 25 years in healthcare development and M&A. His experience syndicated over $100 million in equity from physicians from 50 joint ventures with hospital and physician groups with HCA, LifePoint Health, Surgery Partners and Ambulatory Surgical Center of America to name a few.

Earlier in Rob’s career, he served as an investment advisor with Merrill Lynch and Equitable Securities which provided a great foundation to excel later in the career of healthcare M&A and JV transactions.

Rob is a graduate of Belmont University. Personally, Rob lives in Nashville with his wife and two children and like many locals, has a connection to music. His very first jobs were with Columbia Records and the Country Music Association.
