SHREVEPORT, LA - A new medical development is coming to Alexandrine Place in Shreveport. Already home to Fern Marketplace (anchored by Whole Foods), At Home, Orr BMW, Origin Bank, and more, Alexandrine Place is pleased to welcome Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital to the development. Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital, a physical and occupational rehabilitation facility, will be located on the 6.2 acres that sit behind Fairfield Market and Café. Beginning with 150 acres of vacant land, extending from E. 70th Street to north of Pierremont Place, Alexandrine Place has only 20 acres remaining for development or purchase.
