Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Denver breaks Ground

Updated: Jun 2, 2020

Metroplex Denver will have access to newly state-of-the-art hospital

DENVER, CO – February 13, 2020 – America Development & Investment (ADI), a leading healthcare real estate developer based in Dallas, announced today that construction has begun on Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Denver. The hospital, which will operate as an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF), will be located at 4650 Central Park Boulevard, less than a mile from the Shops at Northfield Stapleton, north of Interstate 70.

IRFs are free-standing hospitals that provide care to patients in need of intensive physical rehabilitation who are overcoming debilitating conditions and other injuries such as stroke, other complex neurological disorders and certain complex orthopedic cases.

“After thoroughly researching the market, we knew we wanted to be part of the Northfield Stapleton development,” said Jeff Jones, a partner with ADI. “Patients will have easy access to us from interstate highways, and our northeast location gives us the opportunity to serve all acute care hospitals within a 20-mile radius, and beyond.”

The 48,510-square-foot, all-private room facility will consist of 40 beds. The custom-built hospital is being designed by Perkins & Will, a leading national and international healthcare architecture firm based in Dallas, and will be managed by Allen, Texas-based Nobis Rehabilitation Partners. Denver-based Saunders Construction is the General Contractor.

Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Denver is one of many Reunion inpatient rehabilitation facilities that ADI and Nobis Rehabilitation Partners plan to develop across the country.
