Corporate Director of Compliance
Macy has 20 years of healthcare expertise with her clinical background as an occupational therapist. She has served as a clinician and in several leadership roles across inpatient rehab and long-term acute care settings managing the therapy staff and training the rehab staff on regulations and CMS guidelines.
For the past 6 years, Macy has served as the Patient Assessment Coordinator responsible for completion of the IRF-PAI and developing compliance and coding training programs. Macy has even served as acting CEO when asked and has been asked to provide training to new directors across several inpatient rehabilitation hospitals.
She is a member of the Association of Occupational Therapists. She received a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University.
