Vice President of Operation
Kevin Conn has served as Vice President of Operations since 2024, providing executive operational oversight for a regional portfolio of hospitals. He is a seasoned inpatient rehabilitation hospital executive with more than 32 years of leadership experience, having served in both chief executive officer and regional vice president roles. Throughout his career, Kevin has held numerous leadership positions within national and state healthcare organizations and has been recognized for his advocacy on behalf of patients and the rehabilitation hospital field.
Kevin holds a Master of Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Prior to joining Nobis, he served as Vice President of Operations at Encompass Health for more than 20 years, overseeing regional operations across South Florida and Puerto Rico.
