Vice President of Operation

Jennifer joined Nobis Rehabilitation Partners as the Vice President of Operations in 2024. She comes with over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 15 years in executive level roles in Inpatient Rehabilitation. Jennifer brings a strong operations and strategic planning background and has extensive experience working within alternate payment models. She is a growth leader, who has developed a significant number of leaders into key positions including managers, directors, regional directors, AVPs and CEOs. In addition, she is known for her positive contributions in the areas of employee engagement and patient satisfaction.

In this role at Nobis, Jennifer provides executive oversight and daily support for all aspects of hospital operations including finance, business development, people, quality and service. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Barry University.
