BIOGRAPHY
Deno Maggi is a Partner at Cross Development, a premier development company. He has been with the company since 2016. For over 25 years, Deno has been developing, investing, and managing real estate projects and other operating business ventures.
Deno’s real estate career began with small-scale development and rehabilitation of multifamily residential units while still in high school. His pre-acquisition underwriting and financial analysis expertise has contributed to his real estate success. Deno has developed and managed residential, commercial, and storage properties throughout the country valued at over $500 million.
Deno earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oklahoma. He resides in Southlake, Texas with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with family and an occasional soccer game or a round of golf.
