Chief Financial Officer
Cynthia A. Gray serves as Chief Financial Officer of Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, bringing 28 years of progressive healthcare finance leadership experience. She specializes in financial strategy, revenue cycle performance, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial operations across complex, multi-location healthcare organizations.
Throughout her career, Gray has held senior financial leadership roles overseeing hospital and medical rehabilitation operations, leading strategic planning, service line optimization, capital investments, and financial improvement initiatives. She has also guided systemwide efforts focused on financial reporting, operational consistency, shared services, and growth. Her collaborative leadership approach and ability to align financial strategy with clinical and operational priorities support sustainable organizational performance.
Prior to joining Nobis, Gray served as a Market Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer for major healthcare organizations, overseeing financial operations across multiple hospitals and ambulatory assets. She has extensive experience in operational optimization, systems implementation, revenue integrity, and financial planning.
Gray earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa.
