A s Senior Advisor of Growth and Operational Strategy for Nobis Rehabilitation Partners’ Rehabilitation Management Services division, Cyd brings a rare combination of clinical depth and strategic insight. She has partnered with healthcare organizations for over 42 years to drive sustainable growth, optimize operations and elevate patient-centered outcomes. Throughout her career, Cyd has become known for aligning vision with execution, delivering measurable performance improvements, and guiding leadership teams through complex organizational challenges.
Prior to joining Nobis, Cyd held several senior leadership roles across acute care, post-acute care, home health, skilled nursing and hospital inpatient and outpatient care. Previously, she was President and CEO of The Therapy Group, Regional Vice President of TherEx and Regional Vice President of Operations for Kindred Healthcare.
Cyd earned her Master’s in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University Medical Center and Bachelor’s of Science from University of Louisiana in Lafayette.
