BIOGRAPHY
Chief Development Officer
Claire Willman brings more than 25 years of experience leading healthcare growth, strategic partnerships, and national expansion across the post-acute continuum. She has deep expertise in the inpatient rehabilitation space in operations, reimbursement, regulatory and market demand in development of joint ventures, de novo development, and complex hospital partnerships.
Prior to joining Nobis, Claire held executive leadership roles with a healthcare provider, most recently as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. She led national business development efforts, completing more than 70 transactions and overseeing market analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and contract negotiations with health system leaders.
Earlier in her career, she served in senior operations, finance, and product development roles, leading multi-state growth initiatives, scaling service lines, and driving significant revenue expansion.
At Nobis, Claire leads development strategy, including joint ventures, market expansion, site selection, and regulatory strategy, working closely with health system partners to expand access to high-quality rehabilitation care.
Claire holds an MBA and dual undergraduate degrees from Saint Louis University and completed Contracts Law certification through Yale Law School.
