President and Chief Executive Officer
Chester has over 30 years of healthcare experience and has held various hospital leadership roles in the acute, post-acute, non-profit, for-profit, and private sectors of healthcare. Chester founded Nobis Rehabilitation Partners, LLC, an operator and manager of inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF) in 2018 and since 2020 under his leadership and development of a core executive and corporate team, Nobis has opened 16 inpatient rehabilitation hospitals across 10 states. The company today under Chester’s leadership and a strong corporate team of rehabilitation, operational, and financial experts is improving access to high-quality inpatient rehabilitation services across the country.
In 2006, Chester Co-Founded Reliant Hospital Partners, LLC, an operator of IRFs, and grew the company over the next 9 years to 15 locations in 3 states. Reliant sold to Encompass Health (FKA HealthSouth) in 2015.
Chester is a licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from UTMB and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Tyler. He also served many years as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association.
