INPATIENT REHABILITATION

WHAT PATIENTS CAN EXPECT

Patients admitted to any one of our Nobis operated inpatient rehabilitation hospitals can expect a rehab team who works together to coordinate and implement a comprehensive treatment plan. This plan is always focused on returning the patients to their highest level of independent living.

Individualized Treatment Plan:
From the comprehensive individualized treatment plan, a daily schedule with discipline-specific treatment goals are established.  The medical and therapy team members meet daily to discuss progress and any obstacles to achieving desired progress, revising the plan as needed to best achieve the goals.

Exceptional Treatment Team:
This therapy team includes certified rehab nurses, as well as various therapists such as physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists.   The therapy team collaborates with the medical staff to ensure that all goals are being met.

YOUR GOALS ARE OUR GOALS

Together with our patients and their caregivers, Nobis works tirelessly to help restore function, improve deficits and abilities, and help patients resume the lifestyle and activities of daily living that matter most.

We invite you to contact us to discuss how we can help you, your patient or your loved one maximize this critical time of rehabilitation.
