BIOGRAPHY
Director of Operations
Neaka started her career as an Administrative Intern with Nobis to understand healthcare operations while finishing her degree in business administration. As a former student-athlete, she has not only the competitive spirit to succeed individually but also the utmost positive energy to contribute and serve as part of a team driving to the broader team success.
Upon graduation, she served as a Decision Support Services Analyst at HCA. She gained analytical skills, reporting basics and queries in finding answers to performance requests from her clinical and financial partners at HCA hospitals.
As the Director of Operations at Nobis, Neaka is in charge of developing and automating performance reports for each Nobis-managed hospital.
Neaka holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Alabama.
